ORDERING

The easiest way is via our on-line store.  Browse through the categories.  Click on the item that you like, choose your required quantity and add to your cart.  From there you just follow the instructions.

Yes and no.

Products that required intense designing, like invites, require a minimum of 10 items.  Where minimum quantities apply, it will be indicated as such on the on-line store.

Products that require less designing, like personalised coasters, may attract a nominal design fee.

You are most welcome to visit our studio in the Lydenburg surrounds.  Please make an appointment in advance. Since we are mostly an on-line store, these visits and consultations are the exception and not the rule.

CUSTOMISING

Absolutely!  We can customise most of our products to your needs.  You are also welcome to send us your idea.  You can do so by either uploading it on our website (click here) or by sending a mail to louis@rosalees.co.za

If the quality is good, it should work fine for engraving and printing.  However, laser cutting requires vector files and will require a re-draw.  We can help you with this at a design fee.

The short answer is yes.  If your product fits within our range of products, we will definitely give it a go.

If you can’t find your required product in our on-line store, there is a place where you can upload your idea to request a quotation.  Click here to upload your idea.

This all depends on the product and the finish that you require.

Mugs, for example, require a special coating to make it durable.  Laser engraving works well on certain products, but may melt or burn others.  The best is to give us a call to enquire.

If you supply your own products e.g. glasses for etching, please bring 1 or 2 extra for testing.  Settings differs from product to product and we want to be sure we get it 100% right.

PROOFING AND SAMPLES

Definitely!  We want you to be fully satisfied and will not start production without your stamp of approval.

A digital proof in jpeg or pdf format is included in your quoted price.

We also offer 2 free rounds of changes.  Only thereafter do we charge for more changes.

This is usually not required and therefore not included in your quoted value.  Individual samples are very expensive to make.  We understand that you might have reservations to spend money and not knowing what you’ll get.  We take great care during the digital proofing phase to put you at ease.

However, we do understand that physical samples may be required from time to time.  A sample fee of either R150 or 150% of the product value, whichever is greater, will apply.  If you are happy with the sample and no further changes are required, the fee will be deducted from your final balance and the sample will form part of your order.

TIME LINES

Designing takes between 2 to 5 working days.

Production takes between 7 to 10 working days.

Delivery takes between 2 to 5 working days.

These are guidelines only and may be influenced by order size, complexity or material availability.

Depending on our schedule, we can push you to the front of the queue.  A rush-fee of R100 or 10% of the order value, whichever is greater, will apply.

PAYMENT

Credit card through our secure on-line store

EFT through our secure on-line store or from your banking app

Direct bank deposit (2% levy applies to cover the bank charges)

For custom-made products, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.  Designing and production will commence once we’ve received your deposit.

The remaining balance becomes due once production is completed.

For “off-the-shelf” products, a full upfront payment is required.

Products will only be shipped once the full amount, including delivery, has been settled in full.

DELIVERY

We make use of the following shipping options:

Postnet Courier (PostNet2PostNet) at R100 per order for parcels up to 5kg.

Courier (The Courier Guy) at approximately R115 per order.  This rate applies to parcels up to 15kg.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as the products are dispatched.

Depending on the size of your parcel and the delivery method you’ve opted for, between R100 to R200.  90% of our customers didn’t pay more than R120.

Unfortunately, not at this stage.  We only ship within South Africa.

We are based in Lydenburg, Mpumalanga, South Africa.

Since we are an on-line store, we have customers all over South Africa.

You are most welcome.  It is not our standard procedure though, and will require upfront arrangements.

RETURNS

We take great care to make sure that your products look exactly like they did when they left our studio.  In the unlikely event that your products were damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving your products by mailing louis@rosalees.co.za. Please explain the problem or defect and include any photographs if possible so that we may best assist you.

Customised products can unfortunately not be returned.

After we’ve received the returned products, we will credit your account within 5 working days in the form of a voucher to use at our on-line store.
